Ok, you guys have to do a quest from the dark lord that states to be training from Ervine the Plumber, Finish his quest and there are quests that follows after his, keep doing the quest( it bring you to each town for the quest ). When you get the hat, the rest of the quest is optional.

as kid says can you retrieve the coin you just dropped?? i accidentally dropped it too... i hate to admit it but thats the stupidest thing i ever made... does anyone know how??PLS...

you have to finish all the quests before the valefor thingy that the dark lord offers you to do the valefor thingy.

you guys need to finish multiple quest leading up to this one. far as i know...
first dark lord
then jay
then hills
then kyrin..
so on and so forth

You need to be a theif(any type). You need to UNDER lvl 40. And if you're a theif adventurer you'll get it as a required quest at around lvl 18-21.
