50 Medicine With Weird Vibes
Requires In search of Wing the Fairy completed

Finished Quest:

As Wing the Fairy asked, I got her mysterious medicine and leaves of witch grass. Could she make Flying Pill with these?

Activates new quest, Delivering the Flying Pill
