Before Starting Quest:

I should talk to Sakura, who's in front of the police station crying.

Started Quest:

Sakura asked me to gather up 50 Teddy's Cottons so she can fix her doll.

Finished Quest:

I gave Sakura 50 Teddy's Cottons. She seemed very happy to receive them. Hopefully that'd be enough for her to fix her doll.
