Started Quest:

Eliminate 999 Evil Eyes, then find "The Rememberer."

Requires POLLUTED! <1-Evil Eye> completed

Finished Quest:

I tried eliminating the Evil Eyes all-together, but the number didn't seem to decrease at all.

Rewards (Randomly):

30 Mana Elixir
4,000 Experience
