Jiyur's Palace Entry Pass

Before Starting Quest:

Jiyur says he is going to see his sister. I'm worried since he's just a kid. Maybe I should go see him.

Started Quest:

I didn't really believe it when Jiyur said he was going inside the palace to see his sister... The plan Jiyur thought of was to buy Entry Pass to the Palace from Tigun. Since I already said I would pay for it knowing that Jiyur has no money... I guess I need to keep the promise now.

Requires A Present for His Sister completed
Requires Learning the Culture of Ariant completed

Finished Quest:

Jiyur looked so happy when he received the Entry Pass to the Palace ... Then just like that, he ran off to the palace. I'll have to ask him later if he was able to meet his sister. But... was he supposed to write his name on the Entry Pass to the Palace? I've never heard of that before.
