Before Starting Quest:

I should go see Icarus, who's at the top of a building in Kerning City. He seems to be bored out of his mind.

Started Quest:

I got to talk to Icarus of Kerning City. Just what exactly is he doing staring aimlessly at the sky anyway? He seemed to be really bored, and asked me if I can answer his set of questions.

Required Items:

Finished Quest:

I answered all the questions that Icarus of Kerning City asked. That was easy.
