I should go see Marcel at Ludibrium.

Marcel of Ludibrium asked me to take care of 20 Block Golems and 12 King Block Golems that seem prevalent around Eos Tower.

Requires Cleaning Up the Outer Parts of Eos Tower completed

Finished Quest:

I took care of the Block Golems and King Block Golems that Marcel of Ludibrium asked me to do.
