According to Kriel the Fairy, Spiruna the crazy old lady lives with her student somewhere around Cloud Park. They usually stop by the grocery store and buy some food, but they hadn't come by over the last few days. Concerned, Kriel the Fairy asked me to deliver the food to Spiruna's student for him...
