I feel bad for Jiyur. He really wanted to get in the palace... I should step in and try to convince Tigun. A fine of 50000 mesos... I'll pay it off instead and ask for him to let Jiyur to meet his sister.

Finished Quest:

It is unfortunate that Jiyur wasn't able to meet his sister but it's good to know that they can at least send and receive letters from each other. But, Tigun! Don't you think the delivery fee is a bit ridiculous?
