Before Starting Quest:

I've been here at Ariant for a while... suddenly, Byron contacted me, wanting to meet up with me. What is it?

Started Quest:

Byron told me I am now ready to make the job advancement, and told me he wanted to recommend me to Dances with Balrog of Victoria Island. I better take Byron's Recommendation Letter and go see Dances with Balrog.

Required Items:

1 Byron's Recommendation Letter

Finished Quest:

I showed Dances with Balrog the recommendation letter written by Byron. Dances with Balrog told me he trusts Byron's opinions, and told me to drop by whenever I am ready to make the advancement.

Rewards:

3,500 Experience
