this hat todoesn't give u anything it doesn't give u full speed cause the jump and speed should be switched around

the max stat isnt 32767 u can customize it any way u want the max ould be 999999 if u want to. so shut up and learn your facts before u start making up lies.

The max for any equip you can go is 32767 for all stats.(even in private servers.) If you try scrolling over the max, their may be a chance that it will go back to 1. Check again. :p
