    i dun think it is FAST but rather normal, and because of this, please check all your weapon speed cos some might be wrong

    This is the Cromi from Monster Carnival.  It does not have a time limit listed on the item, like event items do.  It is possible that the "Internet Cafe Cromi" is the Cromi with the time limit.
