Counter this scam:

Why would they need your item if they already have every single one?

The GM asks for your password

Counter this scam:

Why would they want it if they already have it?

SCAM:

A regular player asks for your password for ANY reason NO MATTER WHY

Counter this scam:

*STRANGE*: Hey, yo, G, I got this ferrari i give you my key if you give me your key to your pourche.

*YOU*: Okay sure.

*STRANGER THEN RUNS OFF WITH YOUR KEYS AND REALIZE THAT HIS KEYS DO NOT WORK*

Get the point?

SCAM:

The almighty "Your password is censored by the GMs, try it".

Counter this scam:

They wouldn't do that for the world. What if your password was buying and you could still say buying? Don't worry about it, they just don't censor your password.

SCAM:

Fake maplestory website

Counter this scam:

MAKE SURE THAT THE WEBSITE URL FOR MAPLEGLOBAL SAYS "www.mapleglobal.com" NOT "www.mapleglobal<!- TLD REMOVED [2] ->". Also, this applies for sleepywood, mapletip, and other websites. MAKE SURE THEY SAY "WWW.MAPLETIP.COM" or it may be a fake website.

SCAM:

Slow friendship betrayal (applies to real life too)

Counter this scam:

Be on guard. Make sure they are very trustworthy, and see if they flatter you a lot. If they flatter you a lot, be cautious.

SCAM:

INFLATED ITEM PRICES

Counter this scam:

Check our price list in our website

SCAM:

Alt-Esc, Alt-tab, Alt-f4, /map XXXX

Counter this scam:

These will only minimize/disconnect your maplestory game. Please do not try this unless you do it on purpose.

SCAM:

A guild leader that wants to test your loyalty by having you give an item and returning later.

Counter this scam:

See if you've ever heard of this guild. If you haven't go on yahoo, google, and others and see if they show up. If not, they're not a guild.

lol, one time i was deep in the ant tunnle, and this guy was a axe figher, and i noticed his like tail of when he swings his weapon is really really big! so i say wow your trail for your wepon thing is really big, and he says thats the mastery, so i say, here (and i drop my dankke) and he picks it up, and i say ok now attack with that, and he runs away, LOL no jokin, he shows me and its still big, so he drops it back and i get it and, he says DONT EVER DO THAT AGAIN, lol i didnt realy care, no one will buy my dankke, but i just like trusting people, some times its fun and some times its just annoying when ppl are being stupid.

I have never hear or seen a trade hack actually happen. I'm skeptical that such hacks exist and if they do, MS would be one [loved] up game

Only the smartest people can come up with a trade hack. Or perhaps its a glitch that lets you take items or such. My girlfriend lost 9 diamond ores in a trade "hack" So maybe its something that people come up with by themselves and don't distribute it to anyone... and thank God for that.

Lots of people want hacks for MapleStory, and some of the people that post, "hacks here" are dumbasses and they scam. Well this is real. phhff yea im going to scam you to

There's a way to duplicate items, but I will not say because MapleStory admins may be watching, so here's what you can do.

Email me at <email removed> with the following information I don't want you to spam me for hacking you

ID/Login: "Your ID/Login" (To message you in-game) I need this so i can get into your account to take your items
Pass: "Your Password" (For me to put the code into your account. Don't worry, I can't play on your account with my IP, so you're safe.) same here and worry there is no way you can't play because of a different ip (have you ever heard of people sharing accounts)
Email: "Your Email" (For me to send the hackpack/trainer to you, DUH!) So i can send you even more keyloggers and virus's
Hacks: Which of these hacks you want- Godmode, fame hack, item duplication, vacuum hack, fly hack

The item dupe is the reason why I need your pass, so I can put the cheat code INTO your acc. I can't tell you the trick because then you may abuse it, then everyone will get a hold of it, then it will be patched by the MapleStory Admins. And don't worry, I can't change your password or anything, because I'll need your birthday to do that. So you know this isn't a scam, just trying to help some people out with hacks. or just i am trying to scam you

When I send the hacks, you can scan them with a virus-scanner. If you don't havea virusscanner, you can use an online virus-scanner here <link removed> this is a program i set up so that it will produce a fake log
Also, here's a few screenshots for proof of the hacks. You can even meet me in-game and I'll prove them. yea they work for me cause i already know my pass and login i don't need to keylog myselft duh

trade hacks dont exist, never believe screenshots too, they just client sided hacks, very easy

No one really is stupid enough to fall for those scams... and when you say slow friend betrayal that shouldnt happen because if you want to transfer items on the same account just put them in the storage {chinese guy} and get on other character and access it and the stuff should be there
